Jennifer L. Jacoby is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, licensed in Arizona, Minnesota and British Columbia, Canada. A graduate of the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Jennifer is a general practitioner with experience treating a wide variety of illnesses, ranging from traumatic injury and the flu, to asthma and infertility. Jennifer also cultivates a special interest in women's health and birthing issues. Her extensive training in alternative healing therapies reflects her belief in the healing power of the human spirit.
Jennifer is also a soul midwife and shamanic practitioner specializing in Celtic mystical techniques and practices. Shamanically active since childhood, Jennifer's formal training in shamanism spans a decade of extensive study with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies as well as with Celtic practitioners internationally. Jennifer is a Minister of the Circle of the Sacred Earth, a church of animism fostering shamanic principles and practices.
In addition to these credentials, Jennifer holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian and French languages and literatures from Washington University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Translation and Interpretation (Russian/English) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Jennifer is a published poet and an active member of her community.
Steven
Wedell is a licensed acupuncturist who practices Acutonics®, a needle-free
and non-invasive healing system which uses sound/vibration on acupuncture points
to effect relief and promote healing for a wide range of conditions. Acutonics® can
provide relief for sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia,
headaches (including migraines), stress, anxiety/depression, body pain, and
more. Steven has a special interest in mental-emotional balancing and addiction
recovery.
In addition to holding a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the Northwest
Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Steven has studied the Acutonics® Healing
System to deepen his understanding of the healing power of sound. Steven also
has completed training in the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association
(NADA) protocol, and is a Hepatitis C Certified Practitioner through the Kuan
Yin Healing Arts Center in San Francisco.
